What I collect. When you use the contact form, I receive the information you enter: your name, contact details, and the description of your matter. The interest calculator runs entirely in your browser and doesn't send what you type anywhere.
How I use it. Only to evaluate your inquiry, check for conflicts of interest, and respond to you. I don't sell or rent it, and I don't use it for marketing lists.
How it's handled. Form submissions are delivered by a third-party form service to my email. Information about a prospective matter is treated as confidential under the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct.
Analytics. This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Those tools don't identify you personally.
